Last Day for Registration for Annual Town Election  
Tuesday, April 11, 2017, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Town Clerk’s Office
 
Nomination Papers
Available from Town Clerk’s Office beginning February 6, 2017
 
Must be submitted to Registrars of Voters for certification of names
on or before 5:00 PM on Monday, March 13, 2017
 
After certification, papers must be filed with the Town Clerk
on or before 5:00 PM on Monday, March 27, 2017
 
Withdrawal of Nominations
Objections to and withdrawal of nominations must be file with the Town Clerk
on or before 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 29, 2017
 
Offices to appear on the May ballot are:  
  • Moderator for one year  
  • Selectmen for three years
  • Assessors of Taxes for three years
  • Mendon Upton Regional School District Committee for three years
  • Cemetery Commission for one year
  • Cemetery Commission for three years
  • Board of Health for three years
  • Recreation Commission for two years
  • Recreation Commission for three years
  • Trustees of Public Library, Three for three years
  • Planning Board for five years
  • Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds for three years
