About the Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department collaborates with all Town departments to attract, develop, and retain a diverse, qualified, and productive workforce that serves the residents of Upton. We support employees by implementing policies and procedures that ensure fair labor practices are followed, as well as by developing programs that enhance their work experience.
