The Town of Upton and the Town of Mendon share a regional school system.

• Upton Students in Grades 9 to 12 attend Nipmuc Regional Middle/High School
• Upton Students in Grades 5 to 8 attend Miscoe Hill School
• Upton Students in Grades Pre-K to 4 attend Memorial School Elementary

Also, Upton is home to the Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School.
