Public Hearing- $100,000 request by the Affordable Housing Trust with funds to be transferred from the CPA Affordable Housing Reserve Account to the Affordable Housing Trust, to be used in accordance with CPA statutes and guidelines for community housing, or take any action related thereto.
Public Hearing- $15,000 request by the Affordable Housing Trust for the purpose of creating an Affordable Housing Trust Action Plan, including all expenses incidental, and related thereto, with such funds to derive from the Community Preservation Community Housing Fund.

Public Hearing- $50,000 request by Lakes and Ponds Committee for the preparation of a management and water quality monitoring plan for Pratt Pond and Mill Pond.
Public Hearing- $9,350 request by the Upton Lakes and Ponds Committee for the purchase of water quality sampling and testing equipment as well as the analytical testing of water quality samples.
Public Hearing- $5,000 request by The Land Stewardship/Conservation Commission for the repairment of the 60-foot-long Trail Bridge in the Warren Brook Watershed Conservation Area.
Public Hearing- $15,000 request for the creation and completion of a Town CPA Plan.
