The Annual 2025 Census/Street Listing Form (including dog license form) has been mailed to Upton residences. You are required to sign and return the form within ten (10) days, even if no changes are necessary. You can return forms by mail using the enclosed envelope or by email to census@uptonma.gov. Also drop boxes are located at Town Hall and the Community Center/Library. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the Town Clerk’s office at 508-529-3565.
