Town Manager Joseph Laydon announced his resignation effective August 29th and that he has accepted the position of Town Administrator in the Town of Bellingham. On August 5th the Select Board appointed DPW Director Dennis Westgate as Interim Town Manager effective August 30th.
The Select Board is seeking volunteers to serve on the Town Manager Screening Committee. The Screening Committee will work to identify candidates for appointment to the position of town manager. To assist the Screening Committee, the Board is seeking to utilize the services of a recruiting consulting firm.
