Due to the overwhelming rain event of December 17 & 18, the the Upton Wastewater Dept. continues to discharge partially treated sewage. This discharge has passed through several of the treatment steps and is NOT raw sewage. The overflow is expected to continue throughout today (Tuesday, December 19).
