Pursuant to Chapter 391 of the Acts of 2008, the Town Manager’s Budget Recommendation for FY 2026 is now available. The purpose of this annual budget document is to present to the public, Select Board, and Finance Committee an initial picture of the proposed operations and services for fiscal year 2026 to meet the needs of the citizens of Upton.
The Budget Recommendation is the start of the budget review process and the Select Board and Finance Committee meet with Departments and Boards to review their budgets and needs in order to prepare the final FY 26 Budget to be presented for Town Meeting to approve.
