Seeking Proposals!

Expressions of Interest (ROEI) are requested by the Town of Upton from qualified firms and interested parties to submit preliminary or ‘concept’ proposals for the redevelopment and/or reuse of a five-parcel area encompassing approximately 1.5 acres in Upton Center.  Four (4) of the parcels, including the former Holy Angels Church property at 3 Milford Street, are owned by the Town of Upton. One of the parcels, located at 1 Milford Street, is privately owned and while it is included in this REOI, would require respondents to communicate directly with the owners. Responses may be for all five (5) parcels or a subset of the Town parcels. The Town is not requiring that submissions be restricted in terms of use. Respondents may choose to submit a response expressing any number of proposed uses that would fit into the character of a traditional New England Village. 

Proposal submissions will be due on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 12:00 PM
