The Town of Upton, through the Board of Health, Public Safety, and Emergency Management departments, are working closely to monitor and prepare for COVID-19. Town officials continue to discuss protective measures in accordance with Massachusetts Department of Public Health and CDC guidelines.

Public Health officials strongly encourage you to take these important steps:

  • Cover your mouth - when you cough or sneeze use a tissue or your inner elbow, not your hands.
  • Wash your hands- with soap and water or use an alcohol-based sanitizing gel.
  • Stay at home if you are sick and avoid close contact with others.
  • Frequently clean touch points such as doorknobs, handles, and common surface areas.
