Proposed Village Bylaw - Draft

Please note, at their meeting on October 11, 2016, the Planning Board
decided to withdraw the article for the proposed Village Cener Zoning Bylaw
for the Special Town Meeting on November 15, 2016.  
No Public Hearing has been scheduled at this time.
The Planning Board will be discussing this zoning change at upcoming meetings.

Village Center Development Bylaw:

At the current time, the Planning Board in conjunction with the Board of Selectmen and Zoning Board of Appeals is exploring amending the zoning bylaws by creating a Village Center Develpment bylaw.  The amendment will establish a village center district to encourage economic and residential growth that fits the character of the Town.  

An open forum was held on Tuesday, August 23.  Below are links detailing the proposed zoning change.  Please note there will be future meetings where public comment is welcomed!  Lastly any amendments to the Zoning Bylaws need to be passed at a Town Meeting.
