Land Use & Inspectional Services

Mission Statement:

The Land Use & Inspectional Services Department is comprised of staff that primarily supports Code Enforcement, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Conservation Commission, and Community Preservation Committee. It is the goal of the department to work with residents, developers and contractors to achieve their goals while addressing community needs. The LUIS Department coordinates with other town departments ensuring projects runs as smoothly as possible and are compliant with State, Federal, and local codes.
